Description
Clinical history : A female patient 55 years old with 18 year history of labile hypertension varying between readings of 110/70 and 260/140mm Hg.
Computer tomography showed a 3cm sized tumour in the right kidney.
At operation the tumour was situated in the hilus of the kidney and removed.
Diagnosis: Paraganglioma
