Description

Clinical history : A 40 year old male with pain in the upper abdomen.
The patient had developed severe hemoptysis and later acute kidney failure.
A clinical diagnosis of Good Pasture's syndrome made.
Autopsy findings : 1. Multiple granuloma in the nasopharnx and lungs.
2. Fast spreading glomerulonephritis.
3. Acute vasculitis.
Diagnosis: Staphylococcus pneumonia
