Description
Clinical history : A 57-year-old male patient had chronic meningitis of long duration before diagnosis of Cryptococcus meningitis was made.
The patient died after an episode of semi-coma.
Autopsy findings : 1. Chronic Cryptococcus meningitis.
2. Bilateral vesicular emphysema.
3. Right ventricular hypertrophy.
Diagnosis: Vesicular emphysema
