Description
Clinical history : A 33-year-old man had short history of fatigue and fever.
A diagnosis ofmyolomonocytic leukaemia was made and initial chemotherapy did not induce remission; after repeat chemotherapy hematemesis and fever developed.
Radiological examination of chest showed bilateral consolidation.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hypocellular bone marrow after chemotherapy for leukaemia.
2. Widespread bilateral pulmonary Aspergillosis.
