Description

Clinical history : An 18 year old male with pain in the abdomen, haematuria and blood in faeces.
The Wassermann reaction was very positive.
Autopsy findings : Syphilitic aortic aneurysm which burst in the duodenum and right renal pelvis.
Diagnosis: Syphilitic aortic aneurysm with rupture in the duodenum and renal pelvis
