Description
Clinical history : A 13 year old male with right paresis from the age 6 and began to complain of weakness of the bones and optic atrophy 3 months prior to death.
Investigation shows the patient had developed hydrocephalus and a cathater placed in the ventricle and later meningitis.
Autopsy findings : Ganglioma of the lateral and third ventricles with acute leptomeningitis.
Diagnosis: Ganglioglioma
