Description
Clinical history : A child was born with external genitalia consistent with adreno-genital syndrome or true hermaphroditism.
The child died three days after birth.
Autopsy findings : 1. Congenital adrenal gland hyperplasia with male external genitalia and female gonads.
2. Bronchopneumonia.
3. Fatty change in liver.
Diagnosis: Congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia with female gonads and male external genitalia
