Description
Clinical history : A 10 year old female with cerebral bleeding.
Ventricular catheters was used as there was a lot of bleeding.
Autopsy findings : 1. Multiple cerebral bleeding.
2. Wide spread enlargment of the spleen and lymoh nodes.
3. Wide spread leukemia infiltration of the lymoh nodes, spleen and liver.
Diagnosis: Acute leukaemia with terminal cerebral bleeding
