Description
Clinical history : A male patient 38 years old with longstanding pain in the neck.
He became stuporous and later comatose; no definite lesion was found.
Autopsy findings : 1. Squamous cell carcinoma in left upper lobe bronchus.
2. Tumour metastases in the brain, adrenal, kidney and mediastinal lymph nodes.
Diagnosis: Squamous cell carcinoma of bronchus and brain metastases
