Description
Clinical history : A 4,5 month old male with severe anemia and hepatosplenomegaly and cardiomegaly with a systolic heart murmur and bilateral grin fractures.
Autopsy findings : Multiple hemangio-endothelioma of the liver.
2. Dilation of both ventricles.
3. Arterio-venous closure in the liver and hyperdyanamic cardiomegaly.
Diagnosis: Hemangio-endotheliosis of the liver
