| dc.description | Clinical history : A male child 3 years old with diagnosis of dextrocardia. | |
| dc.description | After admission in the hospital a large left-sided pleural effusion was found with displacement of the heart to the right; 50 ml blood stained fluid was removed and the patient responded favourably but twelve hours after admission his condition deteriorated and he died soon afterwards. | |
| dc.description | Autopsy findings : 1. A large left-sided pleural tumour with central haemorrhage; histological examination showed a neurilemmoma. | |
