Description

Clinical history : A 30 year old female with hypertension and presented with acute gastritis and vomitting and a very high blood pressure of 180/120 mm Hg.
The patient underwent pre-mature labor and had an emergancy c-section during which her blood pressure fell to 120/70 mm Hg.
Diagnosis: Eclampsia
