dc.descriptionClinical history : A female patient, 33-years old, with personality changes had right-sided hemiplegia on examination.
dc.descriptionAngiogram showed a large tumour in the left frontal region of the brain and at operation extension of the tumour to the subarachnoid space was found A partial resection of the tumour caused heavy blood loss.
dc.descriptionThe patient died two days after operation.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Grade III-IV atherosclerosis of aorta and rest of arterial system.
dc.description2. Benign nephrosclerosis.
dc.description3. Tumour of 8th cranial nerve on the left side with secondary internal hydrocephalus.
dc.description4. Intra-cerebral haemorrhage
