dc.descriptionClinical history : A white male 37 years of age with longstanding hypertension.
dc.descriptionSudden spontaneous subarachnoidal haemorrhage followed two days later by further bleeding and raised intra cranial pressure.
dc.descriptionA tracheostomy was done and angiogram studies showed an aneurysm of the mid cerebral artery on the left side.
dc.descriptionInitial improvement of the patient's condition was followed by death five days after the initial attack.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Aneurysm of mid cerebral artery on left.
dc.description2. Subarachnoidal haemorrhage.
dc.description3. Concentric hypertrophy of left ventricle of heart.
dc.description4. Benign nephrosclerosis.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: 1. Aneurysm of circle of Willis and subarachnoidal haemorrhage.
