Description

Clinical history : A 4 month old with cyanosis during birth.
After investigation, cyanation was observed with enlarged heart and a loud systolic murmur and radiographs showed an enlarged heart due to enlargement of the right atrium.
A diagnosis of atresia or stenosis of the tricuspid or pulmonary valve with a short circuit from right to left.
Autopsy findings : Pulmonary atresia with venous congestion.
Diagnosis: Pulmonary atresia
