Abstract
1. Dehydrogenation of Lantadene A with selenium yielded sapotalene
and 1, 2, 6-trimethylphenanthrene, along with a C₁₇H₁₆O compound.
2. Dehydrogenation of Lantadene A-resin and Lantadene B similarly
yielded sapotalene and 1, 2, 6-trimethylphenanthrene.
