| dc.description.abstract | This study explored the synergy and relationship between organisational culture and digital transformation in enhancing performance and efficiency within public sector organisations. As governments increasingly adopt digital technologies to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness, many still struggle to achieve the intended performance outcomes. The research investigated how cultural factors, leadership behaviours, and employee attitudes influence the success or failure of digital transformation initiatives in the public sector context. The study adopted a qualitative research design using semi-structured interviews with senior and middle managers, Information Technology specialists, and transformation leads across selected public sector organisations. The data was thematically analysed to identify patterns and relationships between organisational culture, digital transformation practices, and performance outcomes. This approach allowed for an in-depth understanding of how cultural dynamics and leadership behaviours influence the implementation and effectiveness of digital initiatives in advancing organisational growth. | |
