Clinical history : A 59 year old male with a tumor of the skin of the occipital region which was excised along with an hardened lymph node in the neck.
Diagnosis: Skin tumor of the occipital region. Malignant mixed tumor of the skin (chondroidal syringocarcinoma).
Metastatic tumor in the lymph node
