Description
Clinical history : A 25 year old male with chronic kidney failure and hypertension and signs of lung failure with hemoptysis and in occlusion in the lung.
Autopsy findings : 1. Chronic glomerulonephritis.
2. Wide spread pulmonary bleeding and fibrosis.
3. Large hematoma of the spleen with rupture and hemoperitoneum.
Diagnosis: Chronic glomerulonephritis with Goodpasture syndrome
