Web 2.0 for libraries : tips, tools and trends

Abstract

Paper presented as part of the 3rd National Conference of the Health Information Community of South Africa (HICSA), 25 November 2008, University of Pretoria, South Africa. This paper formed part of a workshop, and delegates engaged in a "Thinking-out-of-the-box"-activity during which they had to design their own simple web pages, and then integrate 3 Web 2.0 tools.
