Description
Clinical history : A female patient 49 years old was treated for pulmonary tuberculosis for three years.
She had severe rheumatoid arthritis with clubbing of the fingers and chest X-ray showed multiple tumour metastases in both lungs.
Autopsy findings : Bilateral bronchiolar adenocarcinoma.
Diagnosis: Bronchiolar adenocarcinoma.
