Clinical history : A 66 year old amle with subarachnoidal bleeding.
for six weeks after the attack, the patient became limp and had optic atrophy with paresis on the left side.
Autopsy findings : 1. Subarachnoidal bleeding.
2. Large aneurysm of the left internal carotid artery.
Diagnosis: Aneurysm of the internal carotid artery
