Description
Clinical history : A 65 year old male with upset abdomen.
The patient had large liver and diabetes mellitus and later went into a diabetic coma.
Autopsy findings : 1. Septal liver cirrhosis with siderosis.
2. Hemochromatotic distribution of the iron.
Diagnosis: Septal liver cirrhosis and siderosis
