Clinical history : A 40 year old female who presented with large intestine deprivation and a clinical diagnosis of polyps.
Autopsy findings : 1. Multiple polyps in the stomach and duodenum
2. Polyps in the colon
3. Multiple carcinoma of the large intestine
4. Infiltration of the retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
Diagnosis: Multiple polyps and adenocarcinomas
