Description

Clinical history : A 40 year old patient with menorrhagia and lower abdominal pain.
A tumour was felt in the right Fallopian tube.
The patient had severe anaemia and blood was found in the pouch of Douglas on colpotomy.
At operation a ruptured ectopic tubal pregnancy on the right side was present and the uterus had multiple leiomyomas.
Diagnosis: Benign myoma of the uterus
