Description
Clinical history : A male child three weeks old suffered rectal haemorrhage.
Clinical examination showed no abnormalities but the baby died suddenly the following day.
Autopsy findings : 1. Bilateral bronchopneumonia.
2. Uric acid crystals in renal papillae.
Diagnosis: Bronchopneumonia
