Description
Clinical history : An adult male with granuloma in the endocardium of the apex of the left ventricle with an attack of the underlying myocardium.
The histology of the granuloma is of a giant cell granuloma with wide spread coagulative necrosis.
Diagnosis: Giant cell granuloma of the endo and myocardium on the left ventricle of the heart.
Possible tuberculosis
