Description
Clinical history : A 39 year old patient was admitted due to severe postpartum haemorrhage after birth of a 7 month old foetus.
The patient was shocked and died soon after admission.
Autopsy findings : 1. Placenta still adhering to uterus.
2. Placenta accreta.
