Description
Clinical history : A 30 year old patient presented with a large 5cm mass in her left gluteal region.
After examination this mass was found to be close to the greater trochanter of the left femur and was diagnosed as stage II a large osteochondroma.
This was surgically removed.
Diagnosis: Large osteochondroma of the proximal femur
