Description
Clinical history : A 71 year old female with severe hypertension and drooping mouth.
Paralysis was also seen on the left with difficulty speacking and loss of feeling on both legs.
The patient had previously worked in an asbestos mine and later died from asbestosis.
Diagnosis: Asbestosis
