Description

Clinical history : A 60 year old male patient with obstructive jaundice had pancreatico-duodenectomy for suspected tumour of the head of the pancreas.
Post- operative bronchopneumonia developed.
Diagnosis: Carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater with infiltration of pancreas
