dc.descriptionClinical history : A middle aged femle with a loss of consious and a left hemiplegia was diagnosed with a blood pressure change of 240-160 mm.Hg systolic.
dc.descriptionThe cerebrospinal fluid had blood in it and an angiogram showed possible aneurysm in the region middle cerebral artery on the right.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Aneurysm of the right cerebral artery in the region of the bifurcation which burst with subarchnoidal bleeding.
dc.description2. Small aneurysm in the same position as the opposite side.
dc.description3. Large hematoma in the right temporal lobe.
