Description
Clinical history : A 1 year old male with rheumatic fever.
The patient had repeated attcks of heart failure with diagnosis of mitral stenosis and incompetency with ortic stenosis and incompetency.
Autopsy findings : 1. Mitral stenosis.
2. Aortic stenosis.
3. Minor tricuspid stenosis.
4. Chronic venous congestion.
Diagnosis: Stenosis of the mitral and aortic valves
