Clinical history : A 28 year old female with clinical signs of malignant hypertension.
Arteriographic investigation showed narrowing of the renal artery on the right with pronounced atrophy of the right kidney.
Diagnosis: Fibromuscular dysplasia of one of the calcifications of the right renal artery with pronounced atrophy and compensatory hypertrophy and hyperplasia
