Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 12 year old male with abdominal pain and diarrhea for 1 day.
The patient then went into a coma and had a opisthotonos attack and alumbar puncture showed no findings.
Autopsy findings : 1. Acute enterocolitis with pronounced lymphoidal hyperplasia in the form of multiple small intestine papilla.
2. Endotoxemia with adrenalgland infarction.
3. Focal myocarditis.
Diagnosis: Basilary entero-colitis with lipoidal polyps
