Photograph of an amoire at Groote Schuur. It has three bombé drawers, canted corners and a decoratively carved apron and key block. It is the same piece described on page 120, and depicted in Fig. 159 and Plates 41 and 42 of the 1960 edition of "Eighteenth Century Furniture in South Africa" by G. E. Pearse.
