dc.descriptionClinical history : A 45 year old female suffering from haemoptysis and cardiac failure.
dc.descriptionExamination showed the presence of cardiomegaly with gallop rhythm and left bundle branch block on ECG.
dc.descriptionDifferential diagnosis of myocarditis or tuberculous pericardia/ effusion but with pericardia/ tap only 50ml bloody fluid was obtained.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. idiopathic endomyocardiopathy with mural thrombosis.
dc.description2. Pelvic phlebothrombosis and bilateral pulmonary infarction.
dc.description3. Hemopericardium.
dc.description4. General venous congestion.
dc.description5. Very pale kidneys.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Idiopathic endomyocardiopathy with pulmonary infarction and pale kidneys (possibly terminal shock)
