Description
Clinical history : A 63 year old patient presented with malignant mesoblastoma.
In the thoracic cavity there was no evidance of the tumor spreading to the pleura.
Asbestos was found on the parietal pleura. The tumor was found on the inferior lobe of the pleura.
Diagnosis: Pulmonary blastoma and asbestosis of the inferior lobe of the right lung. Abscess plaque of the parietal pleura.
Tuberculosis silicosis of the differentiating lymph nodes
