M Industries’ warehouse was disorganised and unsystematic. There was no form of control over stock and its quantities, which led to decreased sales and theft. Thus, an efficient and optimal warehouse layout plan was established in which space, equipment and labour were utilised to store inventory systematically at a reasonable cost. While taking safety, security and the environment into consideration.en_ZA
