Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 5 year old patient with heart failure for more than a year.
Radiographs show large dilation of the heart with no apparent cause.
Autopsy findings : 1. Large dilated heart with thrombus and endocardial fibrosis, especially in the left ventricle and some in the right atrium.
2. Cerebral infarction.
3. Bilateral renal infarction.
Diagnosis: 1. Idiopathic endomyocardiopathy
2. Renal infarction
