dc.description.abstractThis dissertation examines a critical analysis of the South African approach to piercing the corporate veil in comparison to English and Australian law will be done in an attempt to: (i) draw ways in which South African courts can improve their approach; and (ii) achieve a more coherent framework that can be utilised to curb the abuse of the concept of separate legal personality.
