Description
Clinical history : A 40 year old male with pain in the chest and stomach for 4 days and history of aneurysm for 24 hours.
Autopsy findings : 1. Bilateral polycystic kidneys.
2. Bilateral hydronephrosis as result of renal calculi.
3. Bilateral pyelonephritis.
4. Bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: Innate polycystic disease of the kidney
