dc.descriptionClinical history : A 50 year old amle with malignnat lymphoma, mixed lymphocytic histiocytosis type with a diffused growth pattern of stage IIIB.
dc.descriptionThe patient was treated with endoxcin, prednisone, vincristine and bleomycin and later developed an epigastric mass.
dc.descriptionHe thendied from kidney failure.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Wide spread malignant lymphoma.
dc.description2. Lymphoma infiltration of the skin, eosophagus, stomach, kidney testis, adrenal glands, epicardium of the heart and lungs and appendix.
dc.description3. Candida infection of the eosophagus and stomach.
