Abstract

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Jersey island/ Channel islands.
SIZE: Small.
COLOUR: Yellow to dark brown with typical light band around dark muzzle.
PURPOSE: Dairy.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Mildtempered and gentle cows, milk yield with high solids and fertility. Known for rich milk with the highest butterfat and protein percentages, as well as highest production of milk per pound body weight of any dairy breed.

Description

The colour slides have been scanned with a HP ScanJet 5590 scanner; 24-bit true colour, 600 dpi, saved in JPEG-format. Downscaling was done with Adobe Photoshop.
