Clinical history : A 45 year old patient with vaginitis was examined and a cyst of the left ovary was incidental finding.
At operation total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Cyst of the left ovary takes on the appearance of a papillary adenocarcinoma
