Clinical history : A black female patient with hypertension and hypocalcaemia.
Retroperitoneal air insufflation showed a tumour mass in the region of the right adrenal gland.
Total adrenalectomy was done and the patient recovered completely.
Diagnosis: Cortical adenoma causing Conn syndrome
