Description
Clinical history : The patient is a 37 year old female with longstanding Cushing syndrome.
Two attempts at removing micro-adenoma in the pituitary gland in 1977 and 1981 was made.
Computer tomography showed a tumour in the right adrenal gland and adrenalectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Benign cortical adenoma with atrophy of ipsilateral adrenal gland
