Description
Clinical history : A 45 year old male with analgesic treatment of headache and exfoliation of kidney papillae with obstruction and urinary tract infection.
The patient reported chronic kidney failure and was treated with peritoneal dialysis.
Autopsy findings : 1. Analgesic nephropathy.
2. Concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle.
3. Pulmonary edema.
Diagnosis: Analgesic nephropathy
