Description
Clinical history : A 49 year old mae with severe hypertension (240/140), kidney failureand heart failure. The patient had a cerebrovascular incident which was treated with peritoneal dialysis.
Autopsy findings : 1. Malignant hypertension with malignant or benign nephronecrosis.
2. Centri-lobular emphysema.
3. Chronic venous congestion.
4. Old hemorrhaging infarction of the brain with on going bleeding.
Diagnosis: Malignant or benign nephrosclerosis
