Description
Clinical history : A male 73-years old experienced haematemesis and melena stools.
A diagnosis of liver cirrhosis was made.
The patient died unexpectedly.
Autopsy findings : 1. Recent myocardial infarction.
2. Severe coronary artery atherosclerosis.
3. Saccular aorta aneurysm.
4. Benign cortical adenoma in adrenal gland.
Diagnosis: Benign cortical adenoma.
